SUMMARY:

The lack of information related to local history and cultural manifestations of villages in the interior of Brazil is a recurring issue. This research is being developed in the village of Curralinho dos Nunes (MA), where artisanal flour production plays an important role in the local economy. The flour production takes place every year between the months of May and August, through the processing of the harvest of small family farmers, following a set of techniques, subjectivities and ancestral knowledge shared among the farmers of the region, which refer to the practices of native peoples. Several of the members involved in the flour production are students of the Education for Young Adults and the Elderly at the Higino Nunes Municipal School, the village's school. Valuing the identity of students, through the study of local history, activities, celebrations, oral traditions and cultural manifestations, is essential for the construction of more accessible and inclusive historical knowledge. This research seeks to understand the feasibility/potential of the construction of historical knowledge through the use of Heritage Education and digital technology, seeking to discuss Heritage Education in the light of technological innovations as proposals for the Teaching of History in EJAI. In addition to producing an online educational platform with information about the local history and intangible heritage of Curralinho dos Nunes – MA that can be used by students and teachers, containing didactic-pedagogical materials and suggestions on how to work with heritage education linked to the teaching of history. The research will be developed using the qualitative and exploratory method, and the data production will be done through interviews with subjective analysis in the data collection stage and with participant observation in the field. Heritage education combined with the internet promotes the exchange of information and encourages communication between individuals from different places and realities, promoting the circulation of plural ideas. Valuing the identity of the community and respecting the dynamics of the student's world promote the social transformation of students through access to education.
