This work seeks to understand the view of labor justice regarding racism in the exercise of the profession, focusing on the State of Piauí between 1997 and 2023. Guided by questions arising from Notícias de Fato that deal with the incidence of moral harassment in the workplace due to race/skin color, the discussion held is inserted in a context of implementation of public policies aimed at confronting racism in labor relations and its effects on the community, such as the establishment of social inequalities.
